Paul Drey is the managing partner at Brick Gentry, P.C., who practices primarily in the areas of healthcare and business/commercial/transactional/corporate law. Paul is an established advisor to his healthcare clients, including medical groups, physicians and other medical/healthcare associations. His experience includes advising on entity structures, healthcare transactions, physician contracts, recruiting, personal services and employment, business plans, ACO arrangements, regulatory compliance, including STARK, HIPAA and HITECH, PPACA and other healthcare-related areas of law.

Paul serves on various professional and civic boards, including House of Mercy Foundation, Holy Family School Foundation Board, and Honorary Board Member of Mentor Iowa and of Rebuilding Together.  He is also part owner of the D-League basketball franchise in Des Moines, the Iowa Energy.
